Faith Quest is a Rotation Model Sunday School for children ages 4-12.

What Is the "Rotation Model"?
This method teaches major bible stories and concepts through kid-friendly, multi-media workshops based on Howard Gardner’s theory of 'multiple intelligences' (www.rotation.org). "Interpreters" (adult teachers) teach the same lesson several weeks and kids rotate to a new workshop each week under the guidance of the "Tour Guides" (teen teacher's assitants).

The benefits of this model are: repetition of ideas, totally engaging activities, and the creation of attractive and interesting physical spaces for teaching and learning!

What Is This Journey?

On each journey we will visit:

  • Loaves and Fishes Cafe: where you will prepare foods from the bible; for our casserole ministry; or to share at coffee hour.
  • Noah’s Art: where you will paint/sculpt/carve/weave/etc.
  • ACTS Studio: where you will dance, create music, produce puppet shows, dramatic skits, videos.
  • Mission Caravan: make connections to the world through helping and serving activities i.e Missions, care kits, letters/cards to shut-ins.

Yellow Tribe: Pre-K/K
Blue Tribe: Grades 1-3
Red Tribe: Grades 4-6
